The EMT Trainee actively participates in the EMT-Basic course to become a certified EMT-Basic provider and completes exams to become both a state of Indiana and nationally certified EMT-Basic provider. Once the course and exams are successfully completed, the EMT Trainee is eligible for a full-time EMT position with Indianapolis EMS.

The Human Resources Specialist provides administrative support to the Human Resources Section with various HR functions to include the processing of all personnel/payroll changes, file maintenance and benefits. The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for executing HR initiatives and providing guidance to employees and leadership.
The QA/CQI Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the performance improvement of the organization on a continuous basis. This position works with medical direction and the QA/CQI Committee to ensure that all providers have the support, tools, and feedback required to perform their clinical tasks appropriately. This position aids in evaluating and developing functional protocols that support the mission of the organization and current evidence based medical and trauma practices.
The Logistics Technician creates requisitions, receives, stores and distributes equipment, supplies, paperwork and pharmaceuticals used by IEMS, Eskenazi Health and other supported agencies. This is a full-time temporary position with benefits.
